Shipping 

We ship worldwide from Europe.

Shipping is free for all jewellery orders €85+. *Please note that this shipping offer is only for jewellery and does not apply to orders with plushies and bags

All orders have a flat rate shipping cost – The shipping cost is only for the first item in your cart! Additional items in your order will be shipped at no extra charge.

Shipping times

For domestic (European) orders please allow 1 to 12 working days for delivery.

For orders to the United States please allow 4 – 12 working days for delivery.

For international orders please allow 1 to 4 weeks for delivery.

DHL Express shipping: 2 – 9 days

Please keep in mind that these are estimated times provided by the courier services and shipping delays can sometimes occur. 

Tracked shipping

Tracked shipping is recommended and will automatically be selected for you at checkout. You will receive an email with a linked tracking number as soon as your order has been sent.

Standard shipping

Standard shipping is not tracked, but it is the same speed as tracked shipping. If a standard shipment gets lost in transit, it will not be returned back to us and cannot be located by us. For these reasons, it is normally not possible to refund or resend a standard shipment.

International orders

For all orders outside of Europe: You may be charged customs/duties which may be added to your order by your local government as import duty/tax, we are not liable for these charges. 

Further information

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order as we cannot be responsible for orders with incorrect delivery details. In the case that this does accidentally happen and your order has not been shipped yet, please email us asap! Incorrect details can easily be changed if your order is still being made/packaged.
